We also offer classes that will introduce your kids to group fitness. They too will have the opportunity to fly, dance, and train in a way that is age appropriate and safe. They can up their game in the off season, cross-train for a new sport, develop endurance for a family skiing trip, or simply learn to love fitness in a fun and friendly environment.
In addition to all these classes, we hope to cultivate community. We will be offering monthly events to bring our TRIBE together outside the confines of a scheduled class. Rip is a 30-minute core-training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection in the shortest amount of time possible. The class utilizes your body weight, free weights, and resistance tubing to challenge your balance, coordination and improve your functional strength
Bounce, Jump, or Fly into fit-ness! Bungee Fitness works the body in a different way, using the bungee as resistance as well as assistance. You will have so much fun that you will forget you’re actually working out! Hard work is now hard fun!
Get in the Zone! This class utilizes a series of cardio (running and rowing) and strength intervals to spike metabolism, boost energy, and truly change your body from the inside out.
