The hardest part is showing up. All of our classes can meet the needs of any fitness level. We are happy to connect to help you determine the best classes to reach your fitness goals.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Please park behind our building in the parking lot most easily accessed by 7th Street West. Also, our back door is actually our front door.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Highly recommend a water, possibly a small towel, and an open mind. Our trainers tend to make ya sweat.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE?
You don't have to but if you don't you'll have to do it upon arrival at the gym. Also, preregistering reserves your space in the studio.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
All information regarding pricing is located here and intertwined with the MINDBODY app. Your initial class is always free and preregistered drop ins are always welcome.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I GIVE MYSELF BEFORE CLASS TO ARRIVE?
We suggest 15 minutes. Some classes like LIFT and REV require some set up.
